I work with couples and adults from a variety of cultural and spiritual backgrounds (faith-based and secular).  Everyone is welcome! I offer online sessions and workshops during the pandemic in order to keep all of us healthy and safe.

My work addresses the following issues:

Are you feeling stuck in your relationship? Do you feel you have tried enough and now you need some new strategies?
Do you feel safe in your relationship, that your partner has your back? Do you accept yourself as you are and are comfortable sharing it with your partner?
Is your sexual life a challenge these days? Do you feel less attractive to your partner? Do you and your partner have different levels of sexual desire?
Is conflict or silence a constant in your relationship? Are you going through infidelity issues? Do you know 50% of couples going through affair issues can recover and have a stronger and honest relationship?
Are you considering divorce but are not sure? Have you experienced divorce and want to prepare yourself for a new chapter in your life? Are you single and want to learn more about relationship and sex to help you make better decisions?

My training includes:

-Masters in Psychology by Saybrook University (in-person training), Seattle Campus, WA
-Certified Sex Therapist by the American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors, and Therapists
-Trained in the Gottman and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) approaches
-Certified Interfaith Spiritual Direction by Saint Placid’s Spirituality Center in Lacey, WA
-Masters in Public Health and Business Administration by the University of Iowa, IA

I take the following forms of payment:
-Self-pay: $190 for 55-minute session.
-Out of Network for insurance. For those who have insurance, my office provides payment receipts (known as superbills) that you can send to your insurance to ask for partial reimbursement. Please know that insurance does not cover for relationship or sex therapy. It is best to call the insurance before scheduling an appointment so that you are aware of whether you will get reimbursed. Thank you.
